Regulations and Permits for Dumpster Rental in Elizabeth NJ
The City of Elizabeth only requires permits for dumpsters placed on the street. If the dumpster is on private property, no permit is needed, although the dumpster must not obstruct access to public sidewalks.
At the time of this writing, Elizabeth NJ dumpster permits cost $100. The permit is good for three days.
